Had an unexpected ending to my otherwise-good weekend. Without getting into a long story, Wendy did not do something she had promised me she would do before she left, thus making it look like I forgot to do it, because I was the supervisor.
Wendy and I have always had a rivalry, but it's been more or less a healthy one. To lower herself to that level... I'd expect that from White-trash-tracy, or Bitter-beer-face, but come on. Intentionally trying to make me look bad? I knew you we're jealous... but grow up. She's just making herself look bad anyways, because everyone who was there last night knew who was supposed to be doing the work in question. In other words, you can't f*ck with me. I'm unf*ckwithable.
In some good news, I showed someone who got one of our many vacant supervisor positions how to do a lot of supervisor work yesterday, much to the chagrin of a few people who thought they would get the job over her. Say what you want, it's the right thing to do. I may not be happy with the Front End right now, but this lady deserves this job, and she wants to be as prepared as possible, so if she wants a head start, I'll help give her one, even if no one else will. It's called class.
Props to passing the torch, it's a lost art where I work.
I loves me some Co-op.

Quote Of The Day: "Come on kids, let's go shopping for a Mother's Day present. It's times like this I'm glad it only comes once every 4 years."
