Getting Caught Up Doesn't Need Structure

Well here I am in Phoenix... nice warm weather... sure beats that crappy snow we have back home (for those of you who are from the place I refer to as home).

Now I didn't mean to start some hate crime scandals with the whole teasing B.a.D for deleting my post in e-mail format. I was just clearly stating what happened in the shortest version possible.

But since you all got such a rise out of it, I'm gonna start off this post by talking about what really happened...

Mizzle: Hey man I sent that post we've been talking about me doing to your e-mail, feel free to edit it and whatever, add your B.a.D sez stuff.

B.a.D: Hang on a second my phone is buzzing... Oh sh*t I got an e-mail.

Mizzle: Yeah, that's the e-mail that I was just talking about.

B.a.D: Oh this is that e-mail we've been talking about all week.

Mizzle: Are you even listening to me?

B.a.D: Hey yeah it looks good I'll play with it a bit and put it up later.

10 minutes later

B.a.D: Hey can you send me that post you were going to do?

Mizzle: What? We just talked about it, it was in your e-mail, you were reading it!

B.a.D: Well whenever you get it finished go ahead and send it to me so I can check it out.

Mizzle: What the hell is happening... (system check: Drunk? No. Tired? Not really. High? I don't think so. Is intended recipient even recieving? I don't think he can hear me when I talk.)

B.a.D: What are you looking at?

Mizzle: Did you delete that post and then pretend like I did it?

B.a.D: F*ck yeah I had toast, I got hungry from climbing around in my vault full of money.

Mizzle: *sigh* ok, I'll whip something together quickly and write a new post later.

Anyway, here's the compressed version of San Diego.

Beautiful city! I only had to work 4 hours the entire week, so it was pretty much a paid vacation. I got to tour around, take some pictures, all that good stuff. I went with my RSM on a Air Craft Carrier tour, it was the USS Midway. For those of you war buffs, go read about it, it's quite amazing.

Went to Petco Park where the Padres play, took some pictures, got myself in the mood for some baseball. Now don't jump down my throat about this. I normally don't follow baseball, but it was there for me when the hockey lock-out was going on. And down here I don't get spit all for hockey coverage.

So that's a good condensed version of San Diego. Those close to me or who hung out with me this past weekend got all the goods.

Now I'm in Phoenix. Looks like I have 2 days of spare time to myself, so more or less another paid vacation. (They told me not to get in the habit of calling it vacation around the people at the office cause they get jealous... I'd be a little more then jealous if I was actually doing work this week and some dude got to go touring around for free!).

Anybody know about the World Baseball Classic? I was watching team Mexico practice today in the place where the Diamond Backs play... They had a small home run derby, that was friggen cool.

We're gonna attempt a Phoenix suns game Thursday, but they're playing the Jazz and the likelyhood of getting tickets for under my first born are pretty slim...

Ok, now for a sport that matters.

HOCKEY HOCKEY HOCKEY

The trade deadline is Thursday at 3:00PM ET... any big moves that will rock the hockey world? Stay tuned to TSN for those of you who are interested.

I started watching The Shield Season 3... had to pause it after the intro to episode 1 so I could hug my DVD player and the box set. If you aren't watching this show yet, you don't know what you're missing... although some of you might not like it... kinda like how B.a.D hates babies.

Well I better go before I bring some more skeletons out and end up being lynched at City Hall.
