P.c.P, we hardly know ye

I recently got a comment, obviously from a newcomer, asking what P.c.P was all about and what it stood for.

P.c.P is Politically Correst Purplebot. At the beginning of last season, I got e-mails and a comment from an angry mother who said my site was destroying her children. P.c.P was a mock attempt at making my site more politically correct.

I figured it wouldn't last long, but I could always think of something for the guy to do. When the complaining about him got to be too much, I got rid of him and replaced him with a character that turned out to be a very short-lived but amusing source of topical humor, but then I received hate-mail telling me to bring P.c.P back. You f*cks need to flip-flop a lot less, by the way.

Since I brought him back, but the angry mother is gone (thankfully) and the joke has died, so I thought about naming him something else. I decided against it, but here's some of the names that came to mind when I was considering it:

- The Next Big Thing (not like anyone else is using it...)

- Moulin Splooge
- Brad Spittz
- Fack Bauer
