Of Mice & Mizzle

Well, I talked about one lover already this week. Let’s hit up some good stuff about the other one.

Now, everybody knows that I think Mizzle rucking fules. But none of you know how much.

I actually haven’t known Mizzle that long. I met him in mid-2004, second semester, in the fall. We had our little Kliq with myself, Nicolinna, Leah, and a newcomer Dano. We knew a girl in another group named Andrea, who sat with her friend Warren, and the two of them sat with Mizzle and a girl named Kristena.

Our groups we’re friendly, so it was all good. Partway through that semester, Warren and Andrea had a huge falling out that led to them separating at the end of the semester, and Kristena left to major in something else as well. We ourselves had lost Leah to another field altogether, so the next semester, our 2 groups sort of unofficially merged into 1.

Myself, Nicolinna, Dano, Andrea, and Mizzle.

Mizzle and I had a lot in common, shared a lot of the same interests, so it wasn’t long before we started talking quite a bit more and eventually hung out outside school one infamous night when myself and my girlfriend at the time went to his residence and played a 6 hour RISK game with 3 of his friends. Oh man, what a night that was.

Also, Mizzle took an immediate liking to the website, and took an immediate presence on the comment board, where he came up with the name “Mizzle”. People took immediate notice of his brilliant writing, and he became a pretty famous face on the board. He even helped me serve up some website justice to some comment board crazies.


Which leads me into my next point… which I had previously mentioned. Mizzle’s life paralleling mine to an almost creepy degree over the past year.

Mizzle and I had a lot of the same girl problems… not sure who’s was worse. Mizzle decided to end his about a month before I ended mine… both of us had separate motivations, but the similarities we’re certainly there.

Now, I’ve found something that, without outing myself here to my minions, it’s going better than I ever knew a relationship could go.

Now Mizzle has found something he is into as well… and that makes me happy because no one deserves it more than he does, with everything that (insert nutjob’s name here) put him through.

Perfect example. At the bachelor party, Aleta found that she really enjoyed the wine that his dad made. The next day Mizzle drove all the way down to the dirty south where I am and dropped off a bottle for me to give to her.

Anyways, I’ll stop before any more people think I’m gay than already do, and Mizzle, you are the man!
