Sorry for the obscure title everyone - just something I found amusing this morning - anyone who can tell me where that's from get's a special prize! well, not so much a prize, but.... a, "wow you know some useless crap too!" comment!

So how was everyone's Christmas and New Years celebrations? I've gotta say that everything went over pretty well through the holidays. I had the week after Christmas off so I've spent all my time beating Need for Speed Carbon (three times on the xbox once on the new 360), beating 'the outfit' and getting about 1/8th through Farcry Instincts Predator before getting bored and buying The Elder Scrolls Oblivion last night.

So far? that's a sweet bloody game!

So thank you again for all the support over this time with my Mom in the hospital. She's much better now. Actually, the day after surgery she already looked much better than before. She's out now, taking some time off work to heal up. Now we've just got to teach Smudge (her papillon) not to jump up on her stomach and walk all over her!

Such a smart dog, but still so dumb somtimes....

*sigh*

Christmas was overall pretty satisfying this year, except for the wireless router I wanted that Santa never showed up with, I can't really complain. The 360 more than made up for the lack of wireless router!

Boxing day? Ouch..... Spent $800 ($200 was a gift certificate to Harry Rosen so really I only spent $600 right? right???)

1 Hugo Boss Belt - $100
2 Ted Baker dress shirts - $500 (WHAT THE FUCK WHY DID I DO THAT?)

That is quite literally - the most expensive shopping trip I've ever had - and hopefully ever WILL have. I spent more on myself on boxing day than I did on my whole family combined (parents and sister)! Am I greedy or what? Hopefully my Mom doesn't find this site and see how much I spent ;). I'll never hear the end of it!

New Years was nice, quiet, but still nice. The girlfriend and I decided to have a party a little too late this year, and everyone already had plans. We had a nice quiet night together and a couple friends came over for a few drinks. Can't really complain - the cleanup was a HELL of alot easier than last year! put four glasses in the dishwasher. Wow, that was tough. lol

Alright everyone, I suppose I should actually focus and get back to work eh? This sure was a fun way to kill about an hour, but I should actually do what I'm paid for now.
