Merry X-mas 2005

7 in the morning, and let me just check something real quick... yep! Still can't sleep. So thanks very much for all the e-mail holiday wishes, I never would have guessed that starting this thing would get me this much e-mail. So, I figured if you guys would take the time to do that, I figure I owe you an X-mas post. You lucky b*stards. Regular posting still won't start again for a couple weeks, though. I'm recharging the Live Journal batteries.

Had the extended-extended-extended family X-mas party last night. Apparently there's 60 people in Calgary I'm related to that I've never met or heard of (I've only lived here 15 years, I was gonna get around to it eventually), but I got a chance to meet a lot of them last night. It was quite fun, and I've gotta hand it to my Mom. In between attempts to kill Oscar, she put together a very impressive get-together.

Break has been going good, so far I've been able to hang out with Ashes and Anzia. Gonna hang with Nomi next week, and Boxing Day shopping happens with Dan tomorrow when Future Shop opens at 6 AM. Gonna try to see everyone I don't normally see during school months before I gotta head back in January.

Work has been still great, albiet a lot busier during X-mas week. Who thinks that a Co-op Gift Certificate would make a great gift, you ask? Well, apparently, half of Calgary. Seriosuly, who gives these as gifts? If my kids tried to give me that as a gift, they'd find all their s*it in a box on the lawn by Boxing Day. "Wow, great... I can go grocery shopping." Unless you're buying it for a business, or a charity or something along those lines... horrible idea. You all get an F.

Check out the new Jay-Z / Linkin Park album, it's called Collision Course. Wouldn't have guessed I'd like it that much, but most all the tracks turned out very, very good.

What else have I been doing? Playing a lot of GTA San Andreas. Within 5 minutes of turning it on, I had shot my first hooker in the face, and the game had me at hello.

What was the point of this post again...? Oh yeah. Stay out of my food.
